| introduction | aniline black is an important raw material for chemical synthesis of dye industry. For a long time, cotton printing and dyeing factories directly use aniline to dye and oxidize cotton fibers to obtain black, strong and excellent quality meta-color cloth. Aniline black is also used for cotton printing. Whether it is direct printing cloth or anti-dye printing cloth, aniline has lower cost than dye, and is black in color, washable and sun-resistant. It was one of the main production processes in the 1950s. |
| dyeing principle | aniline black dyeing is generally carried out by pad dyeing. due to the different catalysts used, it can be divided into copper sulfate dyeing method and yellow blood salt dyeing method. However, because the color dyed with yellow blood salt method is not as black as the copper sulfate method, and the production cost is relatively high, it is only used to dye the ground color of printed cloth. Its process operation is introduced in the "printing", and only the dyeing method with copper sulfate is discussed here.
